Preparing to breastfeed online course

We currently run online, live workshops for pregnant people to help prepare for breastfeeding. If you are planning on breastfeeding, we would strongly recommend spending time during your pregnancy to build your knowledge around how breastfeeding works, what to expect, how to attach your baby to your breast effectively and how to overcome and manage challenges. We recommend attending anytime from 32 weeks but you are very welcome to attend whenever you like in your pregnancy, as many times as you like.

To have a look at the workshop and to book your free ticket here.

Breastfeeding course videos

If you can't make it to the online course, or would like to refresh what you have seen, you can watch videos showing what you will learn in the course below.

We would be very pleased to receive any feedback you have about these videos, or if you had any problems watching them. Please email us at maternityinfo&supportservices@uhs.nhs.uk.
