Blood transfusion

If you have been told by your doctor that you need a blood transfusion and would like more information about this therapy, please call 023 8120 6440 and ask to speak to the blood transfusion nurse practitioner.

Faecal immunochemical test (FIT)

Faecal immunochemical test (FIT) is a stool test designed to identify possible signs of bowel disease. It detects minute amounts of blood in faeces (faecal occult blood). You can watch an animation on how to collect your FIT sample.
