To mark Carers Rights Day 2023 on Thursday, 23 November, University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust's Carer Support Service, in conjunction with Carers Together, will be hosting a listening lunch at Abbey United Reformed Church, Market Place, Romsey, SO51 8EL between 12pm and 2pm.
We are looking to gain valuable feedback from carers of patients who use our services to have your input on how we can improve our services and listen to your experiences. There will also be representatives from local organisations and services that can offer help and support to carers.
This event is free and we would like to encourage carers to come along and share their experiences with us.
A light lunch will be provided.
Please note we will need the registration form to be completed once every time for each individual attending.
