University Hospital Southampton (UHS) has opened registration for its third annual online newly qualified nurses and midwives (NQN) virtual careers fair, continuing its commitment to supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals as they enter the workforce.
This event is designed exclusively for newly qualified and soon‑to‑qualify nurses. It is not aimed at experienced nurses seeking new roles. Instead focuses on supporting individuals preparing to enter clinical practice for the very first time.

This year’s virtual fair once again offers a fully interactive online experience, featuring video‑streaming keynotes, Q&A, on‑demand breakout sessions, and interactive booths.
