Portfolio pathway study day and workshop - 11 May
University Hospital Southampton’s second portfolio pathway study day and workshop, Navigating the application: practical insights, is aimed at doctors who are planning to apply for specialist registration via the portfolio pathway, particularly those seeking specialist registration with extensive clinical experience without following a traditional UK training route.
It is a focused, practical course designed to guide doctors through the complexities of the portfolio pathway (formerly certificate of eligibility for specialist registration (CESR)) application process.
Through expert-led sessions, real-world examples, and interactive discussions, attendees will gain a clearer understanding of requirements, common challenges, and strategies for building a strong, evidence-based portfolio. It is also highly relevant for individuals in the early stages of preparing their application, as well as those looking to strengthen or refine an existing portfolio application.
The session will take place on Monday 11 May from 9am to 4.30pm (virtual from 9am to 3.20pm) at Explorer House Southampton (Ordnance Survey Explorer House, Adanac Drive, Southampton SO16 OAS)
