Our rheumatology department provides services for patients with musculoskeletal diseases, pain syndromes and complex chronic inflammatory diseases, including

diseases of the bone
non-inflammatory musculoskeletal pain
inflammation of joints and soft tissues
systemic inflammatory diseases.

We work closely with other departments and services to make sure you get the best care possible.

As a patient, you will also have the opportunity to take part in research at the Southampton Musculoskeletal Research Unit.
