Change or update your contact details
It is important that we have your up-to-date details so that we can contact you when we need to about your appointment or for a telephone appointment.
If any of your details have changed since we were last in contact with you, they may need to be updated on our systems.
If you have received a letter, an email or a text message recently at your current address/current phone number, then please be reassured that your details are correct.
It is important that you have made sure that your details are correct with your GP too. Letters from the hospital may still be sent to the details the GP has for you on their record due to system defaults.
To change your details, you must be a University Hospital Southampton registered patient.
Changing email or telephone number - this can be done through patient hub if you have had a text message or email reminder of an appointment through this system.
