Change or update your contact details
It is important that we have your up-to-date details so that we can contact you when we need to about your appointment or for a telephone appointment.
If any of your details have changed since we were last in contact with you, they may need to be updated on our systems.
If you have received a letter, an email or a text message recently at your current address/current phone number, then please be reassured that your details are correct.
To change your name, address or other demographics you must do this through your GP practice as these are pulled through to the hospital system.
Changing an email or telephone number - this can be done through Patient Hub if you have had a text message or email reminder of an appointment through this system, or by using this link to log in to Patient Hub.
