Breast Cancer Now: Moving Forward courses
Locally, these courses are held at the Maggie’s Centre at Southampton General Hospital.
If you've had a breast cancer diagnosis in the last two years, and would like support with moving forward, these courses are for you.
The courses are run by the charity Breast Cancer Now and aim to support people who are adapting to life after treatment.

Look Good Feel Better
Locally, these courses are held at the Maggie’s Centre at Southampton General Hospital.
The workshops are led by expert volunteers from the beauty and wellbeing industry for people living with cancer. Practical advice and support is provided to help with the physical effects of cancer treatment. Support is available for women, men and young adults.
The workshops can also be accessed from the comfort of your own home by booking a virtual workshop.
HOPE (Help overcoming problems effectively)
These workshops are held at Jane Scarth House, Romsey Cancer Support Centre.
This course helps people manage the day-to-day impact cancer has on their lives and rediscover their strengths after treatment ends. The self-management course facilitated by trained staff runs over two days in the Loft at the Centre at 37a The Hundred.
