Breast surgeons

We have nine surgeons who specialise in the care and treatment of patients with benign (non-cancerous) and malignant (cancerous) breast disease as well as providing care for patients with a family history of breast cancer. They carry out operations to remove breast cancer as well as undertaking diagnostic procedures and surgery for benign (non-cancerous) conditions where required. Our breast surgeons perform oncoplastic procedures that combine breast cancer removal and plastic surgery techniques at the same time as breast conserving surgery, to maintain the cosmetic appearances of the breast. They also perform implant-based breast reconstruction after mastectomy (breast removal).
