CRN Wessex Contingency Funding 2017-18

NIHR CRN:Wessex is calling applications for £1.2m of contingency funding. For more information, including the guidance and application form, click here.

Residential Grant Writing Retreat

The NIHR Research Design Service (RDS) South West is offering an opportunity for researchers in health and health services to develop their research proposals in a supportive environment in the Residential Grant Writing Retreat 2017.

Participating teams will have a chance to make a rapid progress over a short period of time and to ensure their proposal is suitable for funding stream submission. The Retreat includes a daily seminar, working with the support of the Retreat's advisor team and learning from critical review sessions.

The deadline for proposals is Wednesday 26 April at 1pm.

European Respiratory Society (ERS) Fellowships

The ESR aims to promote excellence in research and to provide development opportunities for bright and committed researchers in respiratory medicine. Calls are now open for two of their fellowship schemes, Short-Term Research Fellowships and RESPIRE 3 - Web Registry & Host Application.
