Accessible information and communication and how we can best prepare for your visit
We're committed to ensuring that our patients can access the care they need and that any additional requirements are met, particularly when preparing for a visit to hospital. We are able to assist patients who may have additional needs to better enable access to their healthcare in a safe and supportive environment.
Do you need:
- written information in a different format such as Braille, large print or easy read?
- an advocate or interpreter to attend your appointments?
- support of a communication aid such as a hearing loop or visual alert?
- a communication passport?
