NHS provider licence
Under the terms of its provider licence, the Trust completes annual certifications in relation to General Condition 6 (Systems for compliance with licence conditions and related obligations) and Continuity of Services Condition 7 (Availability of resources) of the provider licence. Care Quality Commission ratings
The Care Quality Commission makes sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care. As the independent regulator the CQC regularly inspects providers against a series of measures and standards for patient care and management.
