Outpatient appointments (bookings/cancellations/rescheduling)

Please either call the outpatient administration centre (OAC) on 023 8120 6067, refer to your NHS app, refer to your My Medical Record or use the virtual assistant at the bottom of this page to get in touch (this is the speech bubble in the blue circle).

Clinic letters

Following your outpatient appointment you may receive a copy of your clinic letter. This can take from four to six weeks to become available. You can access your medical records by downloading the My Medical Record app, further information on the app can be found on the My Medical Record page.

Admissions queries

We are unable to provide waiting times for treatment while you are on the waiting list for surgery. Your GP will provide support and will contact us directly.

Patients on our waiting list will be contacted by our admissions team when you have been allocated a date for surgery. In the meantime, if you experience a change in your symptoms or your condition deteriorates, please contact your GP or 111.

While you are waiting for your surgery, we recommend you familiarise yourself with our enhanced recovery programme (ERP).
