Giving feedback
We want our service to keep improving.
Children, young people and families are encouraged to share feedback about what is working well and what could be better. Your views help us improve clinic experience, education, communication, technology support, peer support and access to care.
You may be asked to do this in clinic, via your keyworker nurse or via the digibete app.
You can also share your views by completing the children and young people outpatient survey here (or use the QR code below to open the survey).
