The cyber centre is located in the Feast restaurant foyer on B level, Centre Block, at Southampton General Hospital.
It is a drop-in facility for staff to access a computer and carry out printing and scanning (charges apply for printing). Staff can also book one of the dedicated learning PCs to complete e-learning.
Contractors (such as Serco staff), temporary staff and employees of other NHS organisations (including Hampshire Ambulance and the National Blood Service) can use the cyber centre. You will need to register and provide proof of identification, such as your photo ID badge, payslip or contract.
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm
- Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays, closed
On occasion, these computers may be used for training or induction sessions. If the cyber centre is closed, there are computers in the Health Services Library (ground floor, South Academic Block).
Please note that the cyber centre is not open to patients, visitors and members of the public.
