Dr Philip Boger

Dr Boger cares for patients with a wide variety of gastrointestinal diseases, and has a particular interest in problems affecting the upper gastrointestinal tract and endoscopy.

Dr Nicholas Coleman

Dr Coleman performs diagnostic upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy, and sees patients with a range of upper and lower digestive problems. 

Dr Fraser Cummings

Dr Cummings is a consultant gastroenterologist doing a mix of ward work, outpatient clinics, endsocopy and research.

Dr Markus Gwiggner

Dr Gwiggner performs various diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tracts. He has a specialist interest in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including IBD endoscopy and video capsule endoscopy.

Dr Kathryn Nash

Dr Nash is a hepatologist with a special interest in liver transplantation.

Dr Janisha Patel

Dr Patel performs diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopies of the upper gastrointesinal tract as well as diagnostic colonoscopies.

Dr Praful Patel

Dr Patel is a consultant gastroenterologist with an interest in luminal gastroenterology and endoscopy.

Dr Imdadur Rahman

Dr Charlotte Rutter

Dr Rutter has a special interest in intestinal failture, and is accredited in upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopies, including inserting feeding tubes.

Professor Nick Sheron

Prof Sheron is a professor of hepatology.

Dr Trevor Smith

Dr Smith looks after patients with a range of gastrointestinal problems, but has a specialist interest in patients with inflammatory bowel disease and those with complex gut problems that require long term artificial nutrition support.

Dr Bernard Stacey

Dr Stacey specialises in gastroenterology, and sees patients with conditions of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tracts.

Professor Mike Stroud 

Prof Stroud sees patients in the outpatient clinic, and performs internal telescopic examinations, including gastroscopies and colonoscopies.

Dr Mark Wright

Dr Wright has an interest in therapeutic endoscopy, particularly endoscopy of the bile ducts (ERCP), and has one of the largest case loads in the UK.
